Project Description

Developing a web-based Control Box Update system to address the issue of inaccurate box data recording during the Check In and Check Out processes, which has been ongoing for approximately two years and frequently leads to lost boxes. This issue was identified through direct interviews with users to understand the workflow and challenges faced. Based on these results, a more stable and integrated system was developed to accurately record box movements. The implementation of this system resulted in clearer, more accurate, and more controlled box data recording, thus minimizing the risk of lost boxes and improving inventory management.
